Q: The color is not exactly is as per picture?
A: As different monitors show different colors, so there will be some variation from actual garment color with the picture shown on the website.

Q: Do you carry a specific color/size/style?

Q: How Much additional time do you take for embroidery?
A: Embroidery orders will take additional 2-3 days depending on the back log.

Q: How do I know my size?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? Can I send you a check?

Q: I changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
A: No. you can not change or cancel the order. Q: How long does it take orders to ship? How long until they are delivered?
A: Orders generally take one to two business days (no holidays and weekend) from the day you order to ship. Once orders have shipped, they can take between 3-5 days using ground Shipping.

Q: How can I track my Order?
A: Once your order ships, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on courier website. Since orders take 3 to 5 business days to ship, you may not receive a tracking number for a few days after you order, especially if you order directly before, or during, a weekend. Please be patient.
