Returning an Incorrect or Defective Item
We pride ourselves in having high quality merchandise, and we always do our best to fill your orders accurately, however occasionally defects and mistakes will occur. If there is a defect in your order, or an item is shipped to you incorrectly, please let us know right away. We will reorder the correct items for you, and send them out as soon as possible at no extra charge. If we determine that the error was ours, we will also credit your account for shipping charges to send the incorrect items back to us. Items purchased under Sale will be replaced with next order.
Return Criteria
In order to return an item, the item must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition, with the tags still attached if any. Embroidered or altered items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns must be sent back with the original packing slip, and the return authorization number typed or printed clearly on the packing slip. That's it! If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you just changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked! Shipping charges will not be credited. Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you. In case of Return or Exchange Restocking fee of 30% will be charged. When sending return items please send through a courier that has delivery confirmation so that we receive the return items. If the customer do not receive/accept shipment because of any reason whatsoever than that shipment will be treated as return shipment and amount paid will be returned after deduction of both ways freight. Where free shipping is used for calculation of freight 10% will be taken as domestic shipment and 30% as Air shipment.
Return Authorization
In order to return an item, please visit our site within 30 days of delivery and click on the "Request a Return" option by selecting a specific order so that return authorization number and return address can be provided. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately. We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.
Exchanges
When merchandise is received and processed amount will be credited in your account, please note that shipping and handling charges will not be credited.
Returning or Exchanging a Gift
we cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number of your item, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a gift certificate for the purchase price of the items returned.
Return Processing Times
It takes only few days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit only if you like. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
Shortages or Incorrect Orders
All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, email, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)
Order Cancellations
We apologize, but we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the speed in which our warehouse processes orders. We are happy to accept your return once you receive your items. Please consult our return policy. The exception to this is if you are informed that you have items on backorder. We will be happy to cancel any backorder provided the items have not yet shipped.
All cancellations require confirmation from our customer service department we must tell you that the order has been cancelled. Orders shipped and refused by the customer will still be charged shipping charges. Orders, which have already been submitted, to our embroidery company cannot be canceled. Orders, which have already reached our distribution center, cannot be canceled. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our normal return procedures.
